This issue is because of publish time vs created time in Joomla Content. I have added check for both... It may cause other issues but for now, issue should be resolved.

Have added new version of BlogSidebar (2.6) in beginning of thread. Please download and test.

Unfortunately I cannot provide an environment for demonstration, but you already dealt with ItemIDs. I just came across another mix - the Latest In Blog listing gives ItemID and ID reversed.

Since you fixed it for the Categories already, this shouldn't be too tricky.

Actually I would have preferred a demo of Itemid/ID reversed issue. I am using Joomla! standard sef to construct links and there may be some issue. Anyway I have added new version in beginning of thread. Download, test and please provide feedback.

First... great module... it fit exactly what I was looking for!

I saw an earlier post about how the layout of the blog when you click the category link is two columns. Is there any way to change that to just 1 column?

Also, I only need the category list. When I turn off all of the other components there is a white space above the Categories list. Is there any way to close this space?

I just installed the newest version of mod_sidebar 2.6 and am wondering if I am the only one experiencing the following problems:

In the code, I had to delete about 10 "amp;" in many of the links. Without doing this, the callender would not change months.

When I do change months, I get no links to the days where there were blog entries. I only get the day links on the current month.

Please advise.
