Bernsen attributed the success of
the RealView tools to a combination of the strength of the tools and a movement
by customers toward ESL methodologies, a long-promised circumstance that
finally appears to be coming to fruition over the past several months,
according to multiple vendors. Bernsen said customers are migrating to ESL
methodologies to help them deal with the growing complexity of system design
